Technesis expanded the company?s product offering to include a new process that defines and manages document output as a means of saving revenue. The process includes assessment, optimization, and profit recovery phases, each anchored by a Technesis software solution.

First, Technesis uses tracking software to monitor a company?s workflow and printing activity. This process collects data on the entire document output process to define that company?s ?true? printing costs. Technesis then identifies inefficiencies, evaluate costs, and forecast needs. As part of this solution, the customer can establish print management rules for end-users through Technesis software that can then direct each print to the most cost-effective device. Then, Technesis tracks, bills, and reports all printing activities by customer-defined parameters.

Technesis? process is applicable to any customer and is compatible with the industry?s leading equipment including (but not limited to) Océ, Ricoh, Hewlett Packard and KonicaMinolta.
