Dallas-based Graphic Solutions Group has introduced a new corporate identity, emphasizing the GSG acronym for which the company has come to be known.
"As a company with roots going back more than 50 years, we feel the time is right to transition to a new graphic identity that reflects how we've evolved as an organization," explained Mark Granberry, GSG president. "We also want to make it easier for people to recognize and remember us, since other companies have entered the business with similar names. The recent launch of our Equipment Services Division further inspired the changes, since we now supply both products and services."
The new logo blends the company's past with its future in a design that is simple and easy to recognize. As a point of continuity with the company's successful history, the new design incorporates a streamlined form of the company's signature "star" logo, which has been part of its identity since the very beginning. The new star utilizes shades of cyan, magenta and yellow to represent the process colors most often used in all graphic processes, including GSG?s primary markets of screen printing and digital imaging.
The new logo will be phased into the company's marketing materials and advertising this fall, according to Granberry.
