Print ArticleA&E – The Graphics Complex received the Pinnacle Award at the Houston Better Business Bureau Awards for Excellence luncheon held Wednesday, May 7 at the InterContinental Hotel. This was A&E's eighth time to be recognized by the BBB for service excellence. A&E was also recognized in 1998, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006.
The BBB Awards for Excellence recognizes businesses and non-profits for their achievements and commitment to overall excellence and quality in the workplace. Proceeds from the event help fund the four programs of the Better Business Bureau Education Foundation and extend its educational initiatives to outlying communities of the Greater Houston area.
When asked what it means to A&E to receive this recognition, Chuck Gremillion, regional president of A&E, states "We are indebted to our employees who year after year strive to provide world class customer service—with a Can-Do attitude! We work hard every day to let our customers know that A&E is committed to their success and it is an honor to be recognized for our efforts."
