LexJet has formed LexJet Service Company, a strategic alliance between LexJet Corporation and GEI WideFormat, based in North Canton, OH. The new organization will expand LexJet's service offerings with nationwide, on-site wide-format printing equipment service and support.

LexJet Service Company allows LexJet customers across the US to access on-site service for a wide variety of digital equipment and software, including Hewlett-Packard's line of wide-format printers and Digital Equipment Company's Legend 72HUV hybrid (roll-to-roll and flatbed) industrial UV-curable printer.

"LexJet Service Company strengthens LexJet's commitment to customer service across the board. In addition to our standard free and unlimited phone support, LexJet customers now have a one-stop network of on-site service and technical support technicians they can rely on for hands-on digital equipment service," said John Lane, LexJet's vice president.

With 50 service locations across the US—including locations in most major metropolitan areas—same-day or next-day on-site service will now be available to LexJet customers.
