Print ArticleMutoh America Inc. has promoted Debbi Wagers to inside sales manager.
Previous to joining Mutoh America, Wagers gained work experience as an office manager at a manufacturing company. She has been employed with Mutoh America for more than 20 years, starting as an inside sales representative. Her job functions consisted of assisting new dealer training, handling purchase orders, and cementing outside sales. Wagers also provided additional inter-company support between Mutoh America, Mutoh Europe, and Mutoh Japan. With her new promotion, Wagers will manage all inside sales representatives, in addition to all of her current job responsibilities.
Wagers diligently communicates with dealers and end users to ensure that they receive the appropriate assistance in a timely manner. She goes above and beyond to establish and maintain strong, professional relationships in the digital graphics industry.
"It is very important to foster relationships with dealers for things to flow at a steady pace and to keep everyone happy," said Wagers.
