Mitsubishi Increases Prices for POS Thermal Papers

Prices for raw materials, pulp, logistics and energy costs have been increasing steadily for some time. So far Mitsubishi HiTec Paper has absorbed these additional costs and avoided raising prices for as long as possible. After the sharp cost increases in the past months, this is now no longer possible.
Therefore, Mitsubishi HiTec Paper announces a world-wide five percent price increase for its thermoscript Point-Of-Sales thermal papers effective with deliveries from July 1st 2008 onwards.
