Cal Poly will host its annual International Printing Week, one of the largest and most comprehensive printing week events in the nation, from Tuesday, January 19, to Friday, January 22, 2010.
The program covers trends and developments in graphic communication technology, management, design, printed electronics, packaging, hardware, software and printing processes. Practical and intellectual twists will be presented that are shaping the future of the industry.
The event dates commemorate the birthday of Benjamin Franklin, an early leader in printing technology. A training intensive primarily for students, industry members participate through lectures, product support and career placement outreach.
